BlueJay is looking for a Email Marketing Specialist with 1–5 years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize our email campaigns. You will manage end-to-end email marketing, automate workflows, and improve engagement through data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and optimize email campaigns for SEO and web development.
- Generate potential clients through email or LinkedIn.
- Must have worked on email marketing software, template creation, and sending bulk emails.
- Managing the contact database and assisting with lead generation activities.
- Generating Leads/Data for Website Design & SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Targeted Countries: USA, Canada, China, UK, Ireland, Australia, Malta.
- Bulk Mailing, Matching the data, Data Cleaning , finding out data.
- Should have knowledge about emailing.
Required Skills
- 1–5 years of hands-on email marketing experience.
- Good understanding of automation, segmentation, and analytics.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience with any ESPs (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to analyze email marketing metrics and optimize campaigns.
Desirable Skills
- BE/BTech/MCA/Any Graduate/Post Graduate
- 1 - 5 years of Web development experience
Salary : 15k to 25k Per Month
Timings : 9:30 am To 6 pm ( Day Shift)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Education : Bachelor's (Preferred)
Bulk mail id's : Required
Candidate already serving the notice period or can join immediately will be preferred.
