Our refund policy applies to refunds from BlueJay Web Solutions and any brands / companies owned by BlueJay Web Solutions.
This policy does not apply to companies that are not owned or controlled by BlueJay Web Solutions, to individuals that are not owned or operated by BlueJay Web Solutions.
Filing a Complaint:-
At BlueJay Web Solutions, we perform every task prepared for the final product. This is the responsibility that the customer had. Therefore, we believe that in any situation every effort should be made to arrive at a solution that is completely mutually acceptable in the event of service-related dissatisfaction arising. Refunds should be considered only when matters are completely out of control.
Our ultimate goal is to find a mutually acceptable solution. Nevertheless, if for some reason you are not satisfied and are considering applying for a refund, we will send you some precious minutes to email us at [email protected] for a final communication before requesting a refund from you. Ask to take.
Only if we are unable to reach a common ground with you after talks should a refund claim be filed.
Types of refund:-
Full refund: In cases where the work has not been started or if no document has been started. The full refund policy will start upon receipt of your advance payment and it will take 45 days to return the amount.
Partial refund: If the distribution cannot be completed in accordance with the agreed settlement distribution agreement under the duly signed contracts, the partial refund will be proportional to the assignment.
No refunds: If the work is completed and all documents have been sent to the customer, including the contents, if any.
